Update the ownership information on a property by submitting the following:
new owner’s full name, previous owner’s full name (if change of ownership is due to a sale/purchase)
property address
Assessment Roll Number
mailing address of the new owner, including postal code
closing date of the sale (or date of transaction for name change)
signature (of owner or their lawyer/agent)
a copy of the deed may be required

If you are a new owner
You may wish to consult with your lawyer about obtaining a Tax and Utility Certificate.
Once your ownership information has been updated, a Property Tax Account Statement will be mailed to you.
An Ownership Information Change Fee will apply.
