Should private hospitals be asked to reserve 20% beds for poor?
Even as state-run hospitals have failed to provide proper services, guardian minister of Nagpur, Chandrashekhar Bawankule, had suggested that private hospitals should share the patient load by reserving 20% beds for poor. Is this move practical and justified?
